The five-channel dryer loading/unloading machine is able to operate in single or multiple rows so as to minimise the movements of introduction of tiles in the 5 superimposed channels of the dryer, and the same occurs on the unloading machine.

The rollers are driven safely and reliably by means of knurled and hardened bushings which are inserted in each roller and rest on a wide toothed belt that runs on polyethylene. This material is highly durable and smooth running and minimises wear.

The ruggedness and reliability of the machine is reflected in the rollers, which are sufficiently thick to guarantee perfectly centric rotation over time, and in the vertical movement guide wheels for dryer feeding.
