Dierre Group celebrates 20th anniversary
Dierre Group (Spezzano di Fiorano, Modena), a company specialising in technological solutions for the mechanical engineering, electromechanical, food and pharmaceutical industries, celebrated its twentieth anniversary on 9 June in Villa Casino Riva in Nonantola.
Customers, associates, partners, employees and local administrators were welcomed by the company’s founder and chairman Giuseppe Rubbiani, who gave a celebratory speech outlining the key stages in the group’s growth, initially in Italy and subsequently in Europe.
This success is the result of a clear business plan focused on human skills and a search for innovative products coupled with high-quality services (the latest of which is in the field of industrial robotics) and highly customised technological solutions. In the space of 20 years Dierre has seen its workforce expand from 3 to 150 employees across its various sites, and in 2016 it posted a turnover of more than 16.5 million euros (up 14.6% on 2015). Adding in the turnover of ARI Metal, the latest company to join the group, this becomes more than 20 million euros. A further contribution to the Group’s growth came last year when the Gradiente I (Gradiente SGR) private equity fund acquired a 40% stake.
Current research activities centre around the development of new hi-tech products for the industry of the future with its increasing focus on digitalisation and robotics, and with particular attention to the needs of small and medium-sized Italian companies.
