Geberit Experience Center opens in Milan
The first multifunctional space of the Geberit Group will open on April 20, during the FuoriSalone. The choice of Milan confirms Italy’s central role in the company’s strategy.
Geberit has chosen Italy - and Milan in particular - for the opening of the Geberit Experience Center, the Group’s first multifunctional space worldwide. It will serve as a meeting and exchange hub for designers, companies, architects, installers, end consumers, and institutions.
“Italy continues to represent a strategic market for Geberit, ranking third in terms of revenue,” says Giorgio Castiglioni, General Manager of Geberit. “In 2025, we recorded growth of 1.6%, as part of a development path that has taken us from €174 million in 2020 to €273 million in net revenue in 2025. This result reflects the trust Italians place in our brand, as well as the strength of the relationships we have built with wholesale partners, installers, designers, companies, and architects. For this very reason, the opening of our Geberit Experience Center is a concrete demonstration of how Italy is - now more than ever - at the heart of our journey.”
The space, nearly 800 square meters, is located in Milan’s historic design district, at Via Tortona 31 within Opificio 31, and is organized into six key areas. These include “Mix & Match,” designed to highlight the freedom of combining shapes, colors, and materials of Geberit products, and “Design meet function,” made up of four real bathroom settings created to showcase the variety of Geberit products and solutions in practical application contexts. Through an intelligent interplay of lighting and dynamic scenography, the spaces transform and multiply, creating nine different configurations that effectively illustrate the design versatility of the brand’s aesthetic solutions.
For the design and realization of the space, Geberit collaborated with the architecture firm Ippolito Fleitz Group and POLI.design, the postgraduate training center at national and international level that is an integral part of the Design System of the Politecnico di Milano.
The space was created with the collaboration and contribution of Marazzi Group, a symbol of Made in Italy in the ceramic tile sector; Zucchetti Rubinetteria, a globally recognized and appreciated brand and a benchmark in the tapware sector; and BTicino, a leader in digital and electrical building infrastructures.
The Geberit Experience Center will open its doors to visitors starting April 20, during FuoriSalone 2026. On that occasion, the company will host the installation “Flow. Form. Function,” created in collaboration with the architecture studio Atelier Oï: an immersive journey that blends art, design, and the company’s technological know-how, shaping a space where the flow of water enables perfect harmony between form and function.
