Marcheluzzo launches Integrated Dryer
The new drying solution combines the strengths of the various dryer models the company has built over the years.
A leading player in the development of drying processes for the ceramic sanitaryware and heavy clay industries, the historic Vicenza-based company Marcheluzzo has launched Integrated Dryer, a new drying solution that combines the strengths of the various dryer models the company has built over the years.
Drawing from its experience and the studies it has conducted on customers’ premises using its Test Dryers (transportable drying machines that can be used to investigate finished product thermodynamics on site), Marcheluzzo has expanded its expertise and further improved the efficiency of its technological solutions.
In-depth analysis of the pre-drying process has become increasingly important in recent years as it allows the actual drying stage to be performed as efficiently and precisely as possible in terms of humidity and temperature control and air homogeneity, while providing adequate power to remove residual moisture in a very short time.
Integrated Dryer, so named because the entire drying cycle after demoulding is an integrated process, combines the outstanding performance of a Marcheluzzo pre-dryer with the characteristics of an efficient, uniform and high-temperature air circulation dryer.
The solution is designed to allow for a gentle, controlled initial approach to the green product prior to full-power drying.
