Breton acquires 100% of shares of Tecnema
The majority shareholder since May 2018, Breton has completed its acquisition of the shares of Tecnema, which will be incorporated into the Treviso-based company by the end of the year.
Breton (Castello di Godego, TV), a world-leading producer of plant and machinery for stone working and composite stone production, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Tecnema.
The Maranello-based company, which specialises in finishing processes for the ceramic tile industry, will be fully acquired and incorporated into Breton by the end of 2019, further strengthening the synergies that have been established since 80% of the company was acquired in May 2018.
Engineers Umberto and Alessandro Fava will continue to collaborate while maintaining their presence at the Maranello site. The combination of skills and expertise together with the increasingly comprehensive range of services and innovative technologies will enable Breton to accelerate its growth in the field of ceramic machinery and equipment and to offer customers an ever more complete package of technologies and services.
