Litokol

Sghedoni joins the Rubiera-based group’s board of directors alongside Chairwoman Daniela Cottafavi and board member Elisa Pecchi.

Litokol has strengthened its presence in India with a new facility in Gujarat, built in partnership with Pidilite Industries.

The chairman of Litokol died on 1 July. After joining the Rubiera-based company in 1977, he succeeded in transforming the business into a multinational adhesives and building materials manufacturer.

Last December, the historic Italian adhesives manufacturer Litokol acquired a 21% stake in Estima, the largest Russian porcelain tile manufacturer.
