Kale Group

The Kalesinterflex brand continues to be pivotal to Kale Group’s expansion programmes. Read the interview to Kaleseramik’s GM Timur Karaoğlu.

Production under the Kalebodur brand began on 19 May at the facility of the Iraqi subsidiary Al-Sadaf Porcelain.

The two events coincided on July 27, the day of the 66th anniversary of the group’s founding.

System Ceramics’ technology has again been adopted for the third Kalesinterflex slab production line opened in July.

The innovative layout installed in three factories includes the Multigecko, Multipack and Griffon systems. A Creadigit XLE digital printing system has also been started up.

The new technologies make it possible to manufacture large panels with a vast range of aesthetic effects.

Built by SITI B&T Group, the new Kale Group facility for full-body porcelain production is a Smart Factory with high levels of productivity and energy efficiency.

New porcelain tile factory opened and ground-breaking ceremony held for the second Sinterflex factory.

A large order has been placed for the new porcelain tile factory. 

The Turkish group has installed a further two robotised lines from Gaiotto, which are now in operation at the sanitaryware facility in Çan.

Ibrahim Bodur, founder and honorary president of Kale Group, died on Monday 23 May at the age of 88.

System’s presence in the two key markets of India and Turkey has been further strengthened by the excellent results achieved with Creadigit printers.

Kale Group, Villeroy & Boch and Gloria Ceramics have confirmed the validity of the Kryo system from Smac and have expanded their existing machinery with new installations.
