Construction continues to grow in Kazakhstan
During the first 5 months of 2019, a total of 17,367 new buildings were completed.
During the first 5 months of 2019, construction work in Kazakhstan grew in value by 9.1%, renovation projects on the existing building stock increased by 3.4%, and routine maintenance grew by 11.3%.
During the same period, a total of 17,367 new buildings were completed, of which 16,347 were residential and 920 non-residential.
Builders reported a self-financing capacity of 84.3% and produced 4.6 million square metres of new surface area.
